Emotional Vedauwoo, WY Elopement Planned in 10 days

On August 2, 2020, I was trying to avoid emails because I had just gotten legally married in a covid-friendly ceremony the day before. Being in the thick of wedding season, it’s tricky to feel like you can “ignore” emails. But I was drawn to checking my inbox that night when I found an email from Blake. Her and Molly were hoping to get married in a small elopement ceremony in Wyoming within 2 weeks. Normally, I would wait to reply but I felt compelled and moved by the energy in the email and their personalities you could feel just in Blake’s text.

I am so glad I responded and got the insane honor of capturing this gorgeous day.
I say over and over that my favorite couples to capture are the ones who are present and focus on the moment. I don’t think to this day I’ve met a couple who does that more than Molly and Blake. The spark that makes them special is palpuble in the photos and the love that surrounded them on their special day, in person and especially virtually with the loved ones who Skyped in and gave virtual speeches.

Molly & Blake’s special day has touched many and I’m so thankful to them forever.
You can view their wedding on the front cover of Rocky Mountain Bride Wyoming in stores, Insider about their gowns, David’s Bridal, Dirty Boots and Messy Hair, Equally Wed, Wedding Wire and more.

The evening started with Molly & Blake helping each other get ready near the campsites and then we began with portraits in the sunset.

Molly’s dress is from BHLDN from Anthropologie and Blake’s dress is from David’s Bridal.
